Ramping Up…
The market for electric commercial vehicles is heating up, and we’re ramping right up with it. With new orders rolling in, we’re going into high gear with electric drivetrain production at our Loveland, Colorado facility. The photo shows two of our Gen2 Ford Transit drivetrains being built for a customer in Southern California. Designed to replace the gasoline engine and transmission, this product uses the vehicle’s existing engine mounts and connects directly to the drive shaft for an effective and efficient conversion to electric.
But we’re not just ramping up production… We’ve been on a hiring spree, with 16 new employees added to the team in the last two months. New faces in management, production, engineering, R&D, sales, marketing and operations are taking Lightning Systems forward to the next level.
